Having a pop tart for breakfest.
I baked some chocolate cookies with walnuts and chocolate chips. There are a lot of sweets I want to make: sweet potato cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, glazed doughnuts (fried, never baked!), and a raspberry chocolate blackout cake. If only there was enough room in my tummy and few calories to fit into my daily recommended amount. Oh well. ![]()

I made suuuuch a delicious sammich today: Smoky mesquite soy curls (seems strange, but a very very delicious thing that’s like meat) with homemade cheesy sauce, mayo, and some lettuce. I could eat this forever…
