I’m wondering what kind of sweet I should make this weekend. No more homemade ice cream for now. I was thinking red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting or a cookie recipe, such as maple walnut or peanut butter chocolate chip. So many tough decisions! But if I make cupcakes, I’ll either have to see if I can do a half recipe successfully or wait until Sunday night so I can bring them to work. The last thing I need is a batch of cupcakes in my belly.
I haven’t had Chips Ahoy in a long time because they contain a small amount of dairy in the chocolate, but I prefer homemade chocolate chip cookies. For that type of cookie, homemade is always best!
I actually used to mostly eat chocolate chip cookie dough as a kid as opposed to baked cookies (like, a whole log… just by itself!), which probably isn’t good considering the possibility of salmonella and whatever. Another plus of veganism: I can eat all the eggless cookie dough I please.
I’m going to be eating fish for dinner…I think… Is is it pasta. I’m a conivore I guess since I am a fish. I keep telling myselg “Fish are friends, not food.” But will still eat it.
