i mean retail…have you seen it outside of your house on sale.
Oh yeahh. I see it in DIsney stores, Best Buy, Circut City, Toys R Us, etc.
best buy and circuit city??
wow…i rarely see it here. Most people sell Spiderman or other weird films.
The only place i’ve seen it by searching was near a campground in NorthEast Arizona, a place called Greer.
Well, there should be something there. Just look.
maybe i don’t look hard enough…i’ll try next time i’m there.
If not, you can just ask someone.
It was not too difficult for me to get my copy, as I bought it not too long after its release (like that’s a surprise…). But, nowadays, even in my ‘cartoon’-teasing country, you will also find little copies of the DVD, but that’s not due to a demanding popularity here, but due to the cease in production some time after its release.
Of course, America is another story affiliated with the demand… Still, even with the rising demand, that is not to say that the production is not ceased, too. With more popular DVDs released as time passes, the companies would rake it more cash from them than releasing five to six years old DVDs, so the retail stores might not be an option any longer.
Then, there’s always eBay, but naturally, that’s a more tedious option. In the end, you could always try the second-hand store.
It isn’t too difficult to find it here. Even today, I must’ve seen half a dozen copies in HMV with the Disney two for one offer (I ended up buying Aladdin and Hercules! Yay!). Pixar even has its own little section in the HMV store near where I live, which is pretty cool.
Not hard to find here, either. Every so often Disney has a sale on their DVDs (which includes Pixar DVDs) so the big department stores have them on sale every couple of months or so, which usually includes The Incredibles. So I guess they get new stock in pretty regularly.
