I don’t understand why people are begging for an Incredibles sequel.
Because they want one and had a ending where it can have one.
I guess it makes some sense now.
Personally, I’ve just seen the movie so many times that it isn’t satisfying anymore. I want to see my favorite characters again. I can only speak for myself.
Wanna see them in more action.
They’d just find another actor. Just like Slink. And for Heimlich’s little segment in World of Color they had someone else do his voice, you wouldn’t even think it’s someone else!
But it’s not much to worry about since I doubt there will be a Bugs Life 2.
I would like a Bug’s Life 2 more than any other Pixar sequel, but I wouldn’t want Heimlich to be in it. Getting a new actor for Slinky I can deal with, but I feel like Joe Ranft’s characters shouldn’t be done by anyone else, seeing as they couldn’t find anyone to replace his temp voice in the first place. It seems wrong somehow.
I think in a sequel, Molt could take Heimlich’s place in the Slim/Francis/Heimlich comedic trio. Molt was really funny in the first one, so I’d love to see his character expand.
I think if there were to be.a sequel to ABL, it would be set in the future, maybe 10 or 15 years, like TS3 was.
Like I said, I don’t think another sequel would fare to well with the critics after Cars 2. An Incredibles sequel would be nice but I doubt that’ll happen for quite some time.
I wish it would happen. And soon.
I kind of doubt we won’t be seeing it until at least 2015 since Pixar’s lineup up to 2014 seems final.
I know.
Well, you never know. It could possibly come out in 2015 or 2016.
If only.
I hope Brad Bird can come back to direct if it ever gets made.
If they made a sequel of abl, and I hope they won’t, I’d like to see Stanton direct it.
That would be great. As I’ve stated before, I would prefer if Lasseter quits directing and takes production.
I hope Brad Bird can come back to direct if it ever gets made.
I definitely agree. I wouldn’t like to see an Incredibles 2 without Brad being involved in it.
That’s true. I’m already worried about Monsters University not being directed by Docter.
Well, you never know. Maybe Scanlon can make it as good as the original.
