The movie in general

I hope you get a chance to see it soon. You will love it the minute you see the first scene.

I’m not really a comic book or superhero person, and I’m not into action movies at all. But I loved The Incredibles. The first time I watched it, it was a bit too much for me to take in all at once (which is a compliment to Brad Bird), but I did know that I loved it.

After a few more watches of the film over the space of 2 years, I gradually came to appreciate the movie as a whole, and also the different aspects of it and the reasons why it was a triumph in filmmaking, paired with the versatile medium of CG. I suggest that you watch this on the best, biggest, and clearest TV you can find. Surround sound would be ideal as well, as to do the score and sound design the justice it deserves.

Overall, it is a great movie and you’ll be sure to enjoy this film and hopefully you’ll get something out of it.

I couldn’t find a thread for this and I didnt wnat to start a whole new one but dont you guys wonder why the incredibles (which in my opinion is the most ride-able pixar film) doenst have a ride??

I don’t know, but that’s a very good question. You’ll probably have to ask the Disney guys about that.

I think the reason why there isn’t a TI ride yet is because there are so many rides that making one would just take up a lot of space, but I would love, and absolutely love to see one one day.

But back on topic about “the movie in general”

It was great. You have to see it.

Ha, I FINALLY saw it today. I bought it at Best Buy today with my dad. I so totally loved it! Syndrome is my total fave! I am so taking like a bazillion screencaps of him. Lol, I’m exaggerating of course, but I will take a lot. I’ve already drawn a wicked sweet picture of him that I still have to shade and scan.

Marie: Did we all not tell you that it was an incredible movie? Well, I am glad you liked it! Where would this movie rank on your “Favorite Pixar Movies” list?

Glad you liked it, Marie. :sunglasses:

It really has something for everyone, so I’m not surprised you liked it. Syndrome is one of my favs as well, but all of the characters are cool and very easy to relate to, huh? Do you like Syndrome more than Skinner now? ;-p

The Star Swordsman - Well I guess Ratatouille is number one, and The Incredibles is number two.

rachelcakes - No, I love all my fave characters equally. They all get some of my love.

Marrie: Well, I’m happy that TI is up there for you. And yes, each and every character is so easy to fall in love with.

Marie - I’m glad that you liked it, Marie! Then again, who wouldn’t?

I sometimes wonder that too MItch. Almost everyone I know really likes that movie too.

That’s great that you enjoyed the movie! wow, there sure are a lot of people who like Syndrome…
