Professionally, false. I’m a journalist. In a What Would You Do kinda way, also false. I would never choose to fight unless I absolutely have to save my own life or someone else’s from an aggressor. I’m skinny as a stick and I can’t kung-fu for nuts anyway. If cornered, I would try to talk the attacker down first. Obviously if the person has a weapon or something and there’s an escape route, I would get myself and others the heck out of there first, followed by using an improvisational weapon to disarm or distract the attacker as a last resort. In a spiritual manner, hmmm… maybe half true. I mean, there are some things I would fight for, and there are others that I would be more careful about. I pick my fights.
