I’ll give you story, Halos Nach Tariff. In the smalls amount of time I spent with Tactics, there was a very cool sotry beginning, I wish I could have seen it to the end.

I play Brawl, too. I mainly use Sonic because he’s awesome and fast, but I play alot of other people. I uesd to play alot of Ike, because he’s such a beast, but I’m terrible with him now. Anyone here play Brawl online?

Ah, my wifi lags terribly on Brawl so I don’t play online often, not when AMrio Kart runs flawlessly.

Also the story for Tactics gets so much better after the start, all of a sudden it’s: ‘Wow, I wasn’t expecting that.’

Thank you for giving me a short summary about the FFT story, Halos Nach Tariff. Maybe I’ll think of getting it when I buy a PSP, which I’m planning to do some time this year.

DocKenobi: No, I don’t play online either, mainly because I never tried. I do plan to play online but at first I want to improve my skills (I’m still not that used to a Wii Remote)

I just started playing Star Wars Battlefront 2. I got to say, it’s a pretty good game. I just hate that you don’t get medals if you play as a jedi. But other than that, I love it.

I’ve been playing Puzzle Quest: Galaxtic and Pokemon Platinum.
Rollin’ with a charmander and a pikachu cause I like to kick it old school

Im mostly playing Left4Dead, World of Warcraft (been playing it since the day it came out here) and Overlord (funny game!)

Going to preorder my copy of Sims 3 in the very near future. Maybe pick up some new RAM to make sure I can handle it.

Soooooooo excited - you’re reading a post from a BIG Sims fan!

I plan on buying The Sims 3 as well, though preferably sometime in the summer after my exams, otherwise I just won’t revise and will spend all my time playing it instead.

The sims1 and 2 have stolen so much of my time in the past (not to mention my money with all expansions) I’m kinda scared to get part 3.

Never got into the Sims games, much more of a SimCity lover myself. It’s awesome the expansive power one can have… Wuahahahahhh! (evil laugh)

I’ve always enjoyed Roller Coaster Tycoon. I love making roller coasters that crash.

Sorry for the double post

I was playing Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, and I got some cheat codes. It is ssooo much fun! I love blowing up buildings with giant bombs!

I have a PS3 and Wii, my brother has the Xbox 360 so I’ve played it a lot.
I’ll have to say after quality time with all the consoles, PS3 is hands down the best gaming console of the three.

Summer break has officially started for me so the list of games I’m currently playing is quite long:
Oblivion
Crackdown
Fallout 3
Assassin’s Creed
Pokemon Platinum
Galaxtrix
Final Fantasy Tactics A2
Prince of Persia (360)

And it looks like the only game I’m buying this season (besides Fallout) is going to be Prototype. I can’t wait to throw dudes at helicopters.

I borrowed my brother’s PSP and now I’m currently playing Star Ocean - First Departure. It’s a pretty good game and it has nice graphic, although it’s kind of weird that there scenes looking like an Anime TV show instead of FMVs like in Final Fantasy.
After I beat the game, I will play Valkyrie Profile - Lenneth, which looks interesting.

Final Fantasy tactics has anime style, cel-shaded scenes, they sort of look as if they were hand drawn, it’s quite an interesting technique.

At the moment I’m playing Monster Hunter Freedom 2 on the PSP, it’s one of the best games I own and I’ve been playing it for over 300 hours on and off. It’s sold as an ‘action RPG’ and it mixes elements of both genres, it’s an RPG in that you fully control your characters appearence and actions but it’s an action game when it comes to battling monsters over twice your size; everything occurs in real time so you have to learn when to dodge or block. With about 10 weapon classes, over 250 quests, an almost infinite number of armour combinations and a huge array of unique creatures it’s not a game you can just pick up and play, it takes time to learn what to do, but it’s insanely addictive once you get past the first few quests.

So if you’ve got a PSP I say give it a try, you should be able to picl it up fairly cheap now as it’s kinda old, but there’s also a new one coming out in June…

After my recent Windows XP crash, I’ve been reinstalling old games and picking up those I enjoyed but gave up due to time constraints or lack of interest.

Right now I’m rediscovering an old favourite of mine; Need for Speed: Porsche 2000 (Or Unlimited, as its alternatively titled). I played this years ago and stopped at the Golden Era of Evolution mode, since I was not good at racing games yet. But now that I’m better behind the wheel (and after many driving games later), I’ve managed to surpass where I’ve left off and I’m making good progress now. It’s quite challenging though, since it’s an arcade-simulator hybrid.

Although this entry is almost a decade old, it boasts one of the most beautiful graphics, exotic scenery, stunning Porsche models (from old 356s to modern Boxsters) along with their subsequent body deformations when you crash them, ever seen in a racing title.

The Evolution mode is terrific (where you take part in tournaments as you race cars from different eras in Porsche’s history), the Factory Driver mode is fun (you get the coolest job in the world, as a test driver) and the Quick Races are a blast.

The soundtrack is absolutely sublime, I remember using my MP3 player to record it from the computer speakers. I’ve recently downloaded it to listen when I need to chill out.

This classic was what started my ‘love affair’ with Porsches (you can guess which is my favourite character from Cars) and one of the major influences on my interest in automobiles. One of the best racing games from the NFS franchise, and way, way better than the wannabe-poser trash they churn out nowadays. This game doesn’t try to be cool. It is cool.

Any racing fans remember playing this number?

Does anyone play Team Fortress 2? I just got it recently and I think it’s great, even though I’m not that good at it. The online community is definitely an improvement over other FPS games. So if you’re really bad or do something incredibly stupid, people generally aren’t going to get too upset, and most of the people are generally helpful and intelligent (unlike Halo).
The best class has to be the Sniper. I can easily get a lot of points with him, mainly because I’m terrible in direct combat.

I NEED to get my hands on Halo 3! Its been 2 years since it came out! :frowning:

I just discovered a cool game… and you can play for FREE. It’s called Pandemic 2. You create a disease, infect some people, evolv it, and try to wipe out the human race. It’s really fun!
