My aunt has a rare buzz lightyear that is from the Hasbro toy line that is a clear blue It’s around 2 inches 
Not quite, that one’s from Toy Story 2. While still not common, they were still mass-produced (I still have one).

Most collectors are looking for in scale or closest to possible scale replicas of every character
I think the options in the poll reflect that. Although I do agree there is a difference between rarity and value, and thats a good point, my answer reflected accurate or close to accurate sized figures, 4 footers werent in the calculation
