In concern for the door thing, I’m being fair.
Pitbulllady IS correct that
Wazowski SHOULD, not would seeing as how unprofessional he seems to be around paperwork, know where the door
went.
But to be fair, it might be a door that is not handled by him and Sullivan specifically.
Then
again, who knows. Perhaps the Door Vault was actually part of the training for Assistants. Or there’s a filing
system or some indication of what doors are for which station for that day.
Then there’s the door rails that
seem to run alter the path of where the door goes.
Overall the design of the Door Vault is complex and
whether Sullivan or Wazowski knew where they were sending Randall IS both sided.
Would be rather ironic,
as most movies show, if they truely DID know where the door went.
Yes. His death was pretty
much a gimme.
That’s exactly what I wondered after the movie
ended… Mike and Sully had no trouble getting back into their world after Randall loosened their door from the
conveyor belt; it smashed into a million tiny pieces and they were able to get back through some random door and
right back to their chase. So I’m wondering what the purpose in smashing Randall’s door was if he probably had
the same chances of coming back. Hmm…
Another thing that Sullivan probably didn’t think through was that
he was chucking Randall right into the same world as Boo’s. :3

DoubleLatte- Now you say it, it does seem pretty ironic.
I guess Sullivan
figured that Boo’s house was not located in any kind of a swamp, or anywhere near the place to which he was
banishing Randall, though, technically, Sullivan couldn’t have known for certain.
