Oh, I remember the TS2 video game. I loved how you can play as Buzz with the lasers.
But I didn’t own a memory card, and I couldn’t save any of my games.

The bad thing about it was during the Elevator level, and some other levels, there were plenty glitches. The
screen would go all black and you could see into other rooms and the coins would appear to be in midair. Was
rather interesting, but it became a pain when I wanted to complete something.
I played TS2 it once it is cool!
Toy Story 2 and Cars are the
only ones that I’ve played, but I loved playing them both incredibly much!
I actually plugged in the old N64
a while back and popped in TS2 for old times’ sake, and it was still just as fun as the first time. I still
find Cars to be my favorite, though. I rented it from Blockbuster (I still can’t help but be apprehensive about
any movie-based video game) and beat it in that one week of rental, but I loved it so much that I’m still asking
for it for Christmas. I love racing games, and the
driving-around-exploring-and-goofing-off-and-all-that-good-stuff aspect is so freaking fun, too! The difficulty
level is just right, too, at least for me. Although it is true that some of those postcards made me go
absolutely insane. Story’s not half-bad, either; not nearly the level of a Pixar
film, obviously, but for a video game, especially a movie-based game that has a new story as opposed to reliving
the film’s events, I’d almost say that it’s exceptional. Quite good, at any rate.
Sorry, I’m not familiar with that level. The farthest I have ever got was the
begining level.
Did anybody download the cars video game demo ? It’s so much fun , but who is
that Fletcher guy ? I think i’m going to buy it or wait until X-MAS .
I remembered playing the Toy Story game for SNES. It was so fun, but I was
horrible at video games at the time.
Just a
little side-note: Does anyone here actually play the PC version of various games anymore? Only
I’ve doubted it, as most people are probably not fond of messing around with the keyboard. However, I seem to
enjoy using the keyboard, as I have played games with it my whole life.
I remember I had a Toy Story Animated Storybook, Toy Story Activity Center, A
Bug’s Life Activity Center, and I played the Incredibles: When Danger Calls before on the PC.
Mitch: Yeah I have like 2 Toy Story PC games.
I forgot
to include my very, very old version of a Toy Story game in my decision. It was pretty good, and had a range of
different mini games on each level, for example, I can remember playing as the toy car (I can’t remember his
name…) and having to drive around a circuit constructed out of toys. Another one was playing as Woody and
picking up all of the toys to put them back in the toy box before Andy got into the room. It was a very good
game, although it’s very dated now.
I’ve also got the complete set of MI mini-games- the pinball,
bowling, pool, tag and bonus game. They’re simple, but very, very addictive, though the lack of original voice
acting is annoying.
I wonder, will game stores still sell old games? If they do, I’ll get some when I
have enough money.
TSS- Well, the game stores where I live do, though all of
the old games are actually preowned.
Thanks. And because they are old games that were preowned, that probably means
it will be very cheap.
I like the Cars game it is
fun!!!
Welcome miss mode.
I heard the Cars racing game controls differ with each
character, making it hard a little challenging.
miss mode - Yes, welcome. ![]()
The
Star Swordsman - Is that so? In that case, I would imagine that each character’s individual
“style” of driving would be something like this:
Lightning McQueen
when needed.
Doc - Slow, but steady; can accelerate at will.
Etc., etc.,
etc…
Hmm…yes, that’s interesting.
By the way, if anyone needs any help with/in solving a
particular level on a Pixar game, just let me know…and I will provide you with free assistance. I know these
following games like the back of my hand:
A Bug’s Life - PC Game
(adventure)
Toy Story 2 - PC Game (adventure)
Monsters Inc. - PC Game (adventure)
Finding Nemo - PlayStation
2 Game
The Incredibles - PlayStation 2 Game <— First
version; not the Rise of the Underminer game.
Has anyone noticed? In video games like Pixars, they put references to their other films or even the company
themself. For example, in the Incredibles, I found something called Hotel Luxo", and the Pixar Planet truck.
And if I’m not mistaken, a car that looked like Doc in the final level. Anybody else want to comment on
this?
The Star Swordsman -
Haha – yeah, I saw those, as well. I believe that, in The Incredibles game,
Mr. Incredible knocks down a tower or something in the first level. Well, when that happens, a letter breaks off
of one of the surrounding buildings – the letters spell “P-I-X-R”. I think… I’ll have to look
again. ![]()
