i know it’s robert pattinson’s nickname, but he’s creepy and so is his character :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m known as Lordofpastries on most sites, but since I was in a lazy mood, I registered as Loppy. Loppy is the longer form of Lop which is an abbreviation of Lordofpastries.

For some reason I thought I had posted here already, and I was looking through all the pages and couldn’t find a post by myself, so yeah. :slight_smile:

“Little Chef” came from a friend of mine who runs a girl’s mentoring group (that I like, never attend… but we’re still good friends and she just loves me so much); for a while I was sending my emails with the username “chef noodlebrain”, making reference to Alfredo Linguini, my all-time favorite character from Ratatouille. She noticed this and in her emails to me started calling me “Little Chef” without knowing at all that is what Linguini called Remy in Ratatouille! :smiley: I loved it so much that it stuck and sent my emails as “little chef” after that.

“Eva” actually came from a time when me and my friend were giggling during youth group (you know those times where you’re supposed to be quiet, and that’s when everything is funny…? Yup.) and our youth group leader was talking about Adam and Eve. Well, my friend turned to me cuz we happened to be talking about the recently released WALL•E trailer, and said “EEEEVE” reeeeally loud in a moment of complete silence. From then on, whenever she’d see me she’d call me “Eve”.

It stayed true because I was the first one to introduce that movie to another good friend of mine, and we both just thought it was so darn cute how WALL•E called her “Eva”, so she started calling me “Eva” whenver she’d see me! :stuck_out_tongue:

So… little chef + eva = little_chef_eva09. 09 not because it was the year I joined, but rather the year I graduated. :wink:

A few here already know me as red, an older nickname of mine, and to this day still call me that despite the fact that I go by the nickname little chef around here.

Well when I decided I was going to join here I just thought up a name real quick and Flik-E came to mind, since Wall-E is now my favorite recent Pixar film and Flik is still one of my favorite characters from A Bug’s Life who just seems to be too underrated compared to the characters in other films. I actually wanted to call myself DeliciousHotSchmoes (based on Buzz’s line in Toy Story 2) until I found out that somebody here already had that name. :laughing:

My name? Well, it’s pretty self-explanatory, but it actually came as a result of trying to choose a WALL•E-related name when I was planning to sign up for the site. :wink: .

I had so many choices, but I decided to go with this one anyway. Yeah, that’s my story.

I was making an ff.net account. I wanted a fandom neutral username. Typed whatever came to mind in, figuring I could change it later.

It’s pretty simple how I got my pen-name, but it’s sweet too. I chose it 3 years ago because I wanted a pen-name for my books I write. I have always liked the name Sally and it’s been used a lot by Pixar in their movies. So, I went with Sally as the first name. Then I was randomly trying to figure out a last name that fit with it, and my best friend came up to me and said, “I hear you’re tryin’ to figure out a pen-name. I’ve been thinkin’ about it, and I just know you’re gonna pick Sally as the first name. So, I’ve come up with Jonson. I know it’s not the best name, but it goes well, and everybody spells it with an H. Johnson. Well, you can add a twist and spell it Jonson. Then it’s more unique!” So, that’s how I got my pen-name. It was in honor of Pixar and my bestest friend. :sunglasses:

My username came from several accounts that I was using (plus I couldn’t come up with any other names). I wanted to be called movieman369, though, because

  1. I LOVE movies!!! <3
  2. I’m a man (duh!)
  3. the “369” part just came from the devil’s number (also know as part of the title of “The Omen 666”), yeah, that’s about all I can say, but I don’t worship the devil in anyway because of this!!! (EDIT: nah, it’s actually just 'cause 3 is one of my favorite numbers, and I decided to add the first two multiples of that number to it, since I needed a longer, more specific username than just ‘movieman’ when I first had to come up with a username, so yeah)

That’s basically it short, sweet and to the point! :slight_smile:
