LBER: Well, there’s like only…4.5 inches of it here. And it’s dry. Not much fun, but still beautiful.

In New Mexico, we’re lucky if our snow is any better than this:

It’s only cold here. I hope it doesn’t snow since it’s annoying to walk about on campus with the ice- I like to use the shortcut paths and they don’t put salt on them. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, I’ve never been in natural snow before. I want to build a snowman when I travel up North. So you guys are lucky! I bet the snow would get annoying after a while though, especially when it makes getting around difficult.

my hometown weather is usually warm, hot and sunny. But we have been getting a lot of rain recently.

Feeling that one, I live on top of a big hill, and the water from the melting snow runs down the path up, freezing inconsistently (can’t know where the big ice patches are)

That said, today’s a balmy 5ish and it’s said to come close to 10 this week (woo) albeit with rain (boo).

We’ve got a winter storm advisory tomorrow with a possiblity of 5-9 inches of snow. Tonight, we’re getting rain in the forecast.

You know what I said about us getting 5-9 inches of snow where I live? Well, it’s changed now. We’re actually getting 10-14 inches of snow. Oh boy, I don’t want to think about it.

Bill: 8D I wish I had snow over here, but not the powdery stuff and ice we usually get. Real snow that can cancel work. Here, 1 inch of snow ca give you a 2 hour delay. xD

Well, the winter storm has been taking it’s toll all day today here in Menomonee Falls (my residence) We’ve gotten 20 inches so far, with no signs of stopping . It’s coming down more than ever, with wind gusts of 40 miles per hour. The wind gust even caused tornados in other areas.

I can’t believe this weather- yesterday it was freezing and today it’s warm out, and we had a sun shower. :open_mouth: So weird … I can’t believe people say Global Warming was disproven.

Global warming is real. You can clearly see it. But it’s stronger than the people who are willing to attempt to stop it, so we can all say goodbye to New Orleans, Louisiana. 8D
