It would probably be best to wait for the film to come
out. How would we have got “Powered by Organic Fuel” if we didn’t watch
Cars?

Even just a speculation would be helpful. I’m simply curious, as I am
extremely hyped up about this film, and am anxious for a theme concerning the production. However, if we will
have to wait a few months, that’s fine with me. Take your time, if needed. 
Our current plans will make that release in conjunction
with the movie release or shortly there after - it’s mostly dependent on time, our knowledge of the film, and
when good graphics become available.

By “name of restaurant”, you probably mean Gusteau’s!, which is
the name of the cafe’ in Ratatouille.

As for the name: Someone around here mentioned that, in the
Ratatouille teaser trailer, you can see that the name of the restaurant is
"Gusteau’s"…if you look closely.

I imagine the Ratatouille layout would have a
grey color. Or wouldn’t grey be too boring?

The Star Swordsman - Interesting. Hmm…well, I imagine that the
Pixar Planet forum board “artists” will want the
Ratatouille theme to look tasteful and colorful, yet not so busy that it will be too
much information to compute. I suspect that Remy, Emille, and perhaps a couple of people will be in it, with the
colors being similar to that of the restaurant in the teaser trailer. Or, even better, perhaps there will be two
Ratatouille themes: one with a sewer texture and another with a Parisian flare?
But, as Dash said, it is still too early to correctly guess what the theme
will look like. We’ll have to wait until right before or after the film to have access to a
Ratatouille forum board theme.
I agree. Colors should match
the setting. But i usually consider the characters as well.
Indeed. Hey, you just gave me an idea:
If there
will be two themes/settings (sewer and Paris), perhaps the characters chosen to appear in those themes will match
their surroundings. It would make perfect sense. For example:
Sewer Theme -
Remy, Emille, Django
Paris Theme - Colette, Linguini, Gusteau, Skinner
I think they will put the wonderful view of Paris on
the top and add the characters around it, like you said.
I think the purple from the Ratatouille logo will
have a major role in the new design. 
The Star Swordsman - Yep – exactly. They’ll have to include the Eiffel Tower in
there somewhere, so a view of Paris would be perfect.
Groaning - It’s
purple? I thought it was blue… Heheh. Yeah, the logo or it’s main color may also make an appearance in the
theme(s).
But what colors would match not only the movie but Paris?
The Star Swordsman - Greens, reds, and whites I’d
imagine. Makes perfect sense. And maybe a little blue, purple, and yellow mixed in, as well, depending on how
colorful the Pixar Planet theme designers will want it to look.
