Nah, I wouldnāt want a Pixar T.V. show. An entire T.V. show doesnāt appeal to me, though Iād love to see lots more shorts involving the characters. It might take away the thrill of the movies putting them into a series of minor situations.
For me, Iād prefer full-length feature films and shorts with the characters- of any Pixar film.
I voted for The Incredibles, as expected. Itās a helpless situation. Whenever I see a poll of such, I just go on and vote for The Incredibles. ![]()
As for Toy Story, however, I think weāve pretty much see a lot of them already, no offense. Itās just that three movies is enough. We donāt really need to see a TV series based on it.
The Incredibles, on the other hand, has not been really shown much (heck, we havenāt even see the light of that sequel, yet), so it might be more interesting. The same goes for Finding Nemo and, the franchise getting close to making a TV show, Cars. Oh, yeah, I would love to see Dory and Lightning on television. Maybe they could even make a crossover. ![]()
Cars and The Incredibles could make a good show, but now they would feel like sell outs. Shorts based on any of the movies would be fine by me. ![]()
I voted for the Incredibles. If any Pixar movie deserves to have their story extended, it is the Incredibles. So much can be done and the ending of the movie hinted that more might come up.
Yeah, āhintedā is the keyword. There was only a hint! No sequels! Darn you, Brad Bird! ![]()
I know. I pray everyday for one. Even though I read a lot of comics and fanfictions and see a lot of Disney on Ice shows, expanding the Incredibles story, I would give up anything to see another Incredibles adventure on the big screen again. Heck, even on the small screen as well.
The Incredibles would be easiest. They could just do an enemy of the week thing.
I donāt think I would really want a Pixar TV show, but if they were to make one, Iād like it to be Monsters, Inc. orientated, obviously.
I like the idea of doing episodes about what happened before the movie.
Thats true. Or have one enemy plan, fail and foiled by the Incredibles.
I dont really need there to be a Pixar movie based tv show. I wouldnt object to it, but I dont think itās neccessary. Plus Iād have to see how much Pixar was involved with it.
I donāt want it either but I think iād like a The Incredibles one the most.
I agree, TSS. If any movie gets a T.V. show, The Incredibles is the movie to get it. Not only because of the hinted ending, but because, theyāre super heroes, and you could make every show fighting a different villain (and even some old favorites. Or, like stated further up you could have a āVillain of the Weekā type thing.) With new challenges for them to overcome and such. Thereās just so much room to expand with a movie like that.
Plus, we could see more development of the character like Dash and Violet, who never really got that much screen-time
I think it would be cool to have a tv show out of Cars. I mean, Lilo and Stitch had two movies then a tv show. I think a Cars show would be the coolest thing ever! Heck, if they made one, Iād be jumping for joy! I understand why The Incredibles would make sense for a tv show, but I wouldnāt tune in for it. I just donāt like superhero stuff. And to me, you could go on forever with Cars. If we couldnāt, how is it that Iām able to expand on Cars myself all of the time!? Hmm. . . If I wasnāt 13, I would so go to Pixar and pitch my ideas.
Just imagine that! Boy would the story be waaaay different. But getting back on topic, Iād love to have Cars expanded to more than just the sequal. I think they can do that.
Wasnāt Buzz Lightyear Of Star Command already technically a Pixar TV show? I must admit i did enjoy that a fair bit when i was younger!
But so far I see nothing that i would want to become a TV show. I wouldnāt want them to go down the disney route of making all of their most successful movies into fairly mediocre television shows. Iām looking at you Aladdin!
