General Klump, Donkey Kong Country (TV series). He makes the cutest derp-faces, I swear… Yeah, I know I’m not supposed to love a bad guy, but he’s so delightfully derpy and adorkable! 
Oh, and I also like Fluttershy. She’s so sweet.
