All I’ve heard is that Jon Brion is composing the music for a short called Giago’s Guest. Jon Brion is one of my favorite musicians - he has some great indie-pop and did the scores to Magnolia, Punch Drunk Love, I Heart Huckabees and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
If it’s Pixar and Jon there’s no way it won’t be awesome. Anyone know anything else?
From what I know it is not Pixar, it is Disney. I think it will play in theaters before Disney’s Bolt, which opens Friday, as they both share a director. Jon Brion is composing the music for Glago’s Guest, and he also composed the music for Charlie kaufman’s Synecdoche, New York. Below is a link to more info on the short film.
