I’ve seen this poster before, but I have no idea of its origins. As the poster suggests, I assume it’s from Toy Story’s premiere on Disney Channel. But I still don’t know the date on its release; does anyone know how long it takes for films to come to Disney Channel after their release? Also, where would such posters be used? I mean, they definately wouldn’t be used in theaters.

Looks like it’s from early 1999, which seems to go along with the fact that films took about four years to make it to Disney Channel.

Yes, the video is for Britain, but the release dates are normally similar. Now, the only question that remains is where such posters were hung up.

Very cool! I’m surprised they made a poster for that, but whatever the matter, I love its retro-ish look. Actually, the first time I saw Toy Story and Toy Story 2 was on Disney Channel :3 (Well, not in 1999, but still…)
