ProjectLightyear:making Buzz Lightyear accurate to the film

I’m starting a project on building a film accurate Buzz Lightyear since I picked up a buzz from goodwill which originally came from disney store. tips on giving him accurate phrases I could probally use a recorder. and some tips on what kind of paint I should use along with some selant that does not make the paint rub off. What’s the best clay that doesn’t crack cause Im sculpting some faces like the film. Also giving him some movable wrists and thumbs. I want him as accurate as the film, every feature, poseable joint, and material as possible.
