Pixar not the first to use the name "Star Command"?

I have just found out that there was a show called “Jason of Star Command” in the seventies:

At least the only thing is has in common with Buzz LIghtyear is that the organization has its headquarters in space…

Sounds like an influence to me. I mean, the whole space thing is uncanny.
