The first one is not an actual release, but a promotional pressing. They are obviously not released to the public, so its rarity can range. The second appears to actually be a release, which is definately good news. Toy Story 3 deserved a CD soundtrack to compliment the previous ones.

Is the one from Intrada legit? Because if it is, I might just have to get it! But if not, I’ll buy the MP3 version from Amazon and burn it to a CD. Oh, how I love Pixar soundtracks!
