One of my favorite anecdotes from the MI audio commentary is that originally the entrance to Randall’s lair was a vending machine that was always out of order and a worker would be gained entrance by ordering JuicyFright. Ultimately it was decided to keep the audience out of the know so that Waternoose’s involvement with Randall’s plot would be kept a surprise. I think it sounded like a good idea, but the filmmakers always know best in the end. What do you all think?

lol. I actually never knew this…I haven’t exactly watched everything related to MI.
If it was actually inside the vending machine though…I can see Randall fitting into one but not Waternoose.
