It’s actually totally nuts that I haven’t done any signatures or avvies until now, I used to specialize in doing this kinda stuff with paint, and now that I have PS, I’m expecting to have much better looking stuff.
Expect to see a TON of sigs/avvies once the DVD comes out. I’m hoping to be the go-to guy for Up sigs in the future, so if you have a request, and don’t feel like asking thewisecookiesheet (why you wouldn’t, I have NO CLUE, her stuff is amazing!), give me a holler.
This first submission is a signature for myself, as a placeholder until I get my big sig. I saw this new pic of Carl, and I thought, “wow! what a great pic for a sig!” I grabbed it off the new Australian Up website (many thanks to rachel for the link, I see some great potential for sigs with that thing) The quote I came up with myself, and could be better, but I’m ok with it. Any suggestions for better quotes would be appreciated (TDIT, you have some great ones, I’ve got my eye on you!)

Well, as I said, I liked the Adventure sig, I must pay a visit to the Australian site when I have the time.
The accompanying avatars are also funny (I may want to borrow one later…). Like you said, it’s mostly about Carl, so maybe you could try some for Kevin and Dug?

Ahh, My new sig. I need a bit of spoiler-confirmation from people as to whether or not this would be a bad idea to use at the moment, regarding spoilers. Bryko’s signature seems like it would have about as much spoiler content in it, but I dunno. I’ll just post the link.
It’s a ‘bit’ spoilerific, but not as bad as Bryko’s. I’m still annoyed he got away with that screenshot.
I guess it doesn’t give away too much, although I’d rather you not wear it at the moment (you’re free to, of course, it’s just MHO).
Needed a new sig for a while (Sorry Cap, yours is great, but I’ve had it a LONG time!) Here’s what I threw together
Came out nicely! I wish it was wider though, the site shrinks it down a bit so it doesn’t fill the whole space. Can someone give me the dimensions for sig space? Thanks!
Yeah, I encounter that problem too. If you wanna know, follow this link. Look under ‘How to… signature’. POINT!
Although, you can push the boundaries a little. My G-Force Joe and Revenge of the Fanboy promo sigs were 750 x 225, and they fitted fine. The trick is to go ‘widescreen’.
Love the sig, by the way. I like how you got Carl looking at all three of the misfits out of the corner of his eye. Nice masking of the trio so bits of their body ‘stick out’ into Carl’s scene. I’m curious to find out the various fonts you used, if you still remember.
TDIT: The fonts I used are Foo for Carl, Happy for Dug (hehe, fitting), Sergeant SixPack for Russell, and EvilGenius BB for Kevin. I downloaded a ton of fonts from 1001fonts.com and just used what I thought fit. I was looking for something more nostalgic for Carl, but I guess the one I have works.
