Onward (2020)

So, I read on the internet that Pixar’s newest film for next year is called “Onward”. Here’s the synopsis, according to The Other Wiki;

“The film is set in a suburban fantasy world where humans do not exist, populated with elves, trolls, and sprites, where unicorns are as common as rodents. Two teenage elf brothers embark on a quest to discover if there is still magic in the world in order to spend a day with their father, who died when they were too young to remember him.”

So, what do you all you think? Do you think this movie will be great when it comes out next year?

I have been excited for this ever since I first read the synopsis, which was as soon as it was announced (lon gbefore the title was revealed). This is strange for me since most non-sequel Pixar films don’t interest me until close to release, for instance Inside Out I didn’t want to see till earl June of 2015.

I’m guessing unicorns and dragons in this world will be sort of like cats and dogs in ours. This definitely should be the best Pixar original film in several years, at least I hope it is.

Also the March release date for a Pixar film intrigues me.
