Whenever I typed
in the username and password, both of which I knew to be correct, it just sent me back to the previous page, and
so I sent for an e-mail to give me a new password. I typed in my username and new password, and it still didn’t
log me in, so I just got a new account with my other e-mail address.
Ahh.
The same thing was happening to me for a while. I started using Microsoft
Internet Explorer to visit the site, and I haven’t had that problem since.
