I used to have a very simple answer for this question. But now I would have to say at least 5 movies. 8D

The Incredibles, Toy Story 2, Tangled, Frozen and Beauty and the Beast. I do feel bad that they're all Hollywood, immensely popular films. I have a lot more favorites than this, but these are the top. They affected me emotionally like no others did. I might add Prince of Egypt and Iron Giant as well.

Here's my top 5, in no particular order (and as of recently--it usually varies, depending on whatever it is I've been viewing for a certain period of time):

The Lego Movie

Paul Blart: Mall Cop

Parental Guidance

My Neighbor Totoro

My Neighbor Totoro is anime, and so are the other Studio Ghibli films. Soon as I check out Ponyo, I'll have another favorite film from there.

My favorites are Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away. I love the themes and tone of those movies, as opposed to the cutesy ones.

I don't get what you mean by the cutesy ones, IV. But I really hope you're not actually referring to the 2 titles I've mentioned.

What about The Cat Returns? Have you seen it? And if so, do you like it?
