Does this mean that Pixar and Lucasfilm are back together again? afterall we know Pixar was formerly one of Lucas’s companies before it was sold in 2006.

Pixar stopped being part of Lucasfilm in the early eighties; it was an independent company until it was acquired by Disney.
Pixar and Lucasfilm are now both owned by the same company, but they’re still two separately managed studios. It’s not at all like when Pixar was a division of Lucasfilm.
