Pook's Art

Postby Hog-Hug » Wed Apr 04, 2007 2:59 am

Hey guys! It's probably time I showed off

some of my art, huh? ;) Sorry they're mostly just sketches, but I've been stuffed to the gills with school work

lately, so I haven't been able to draw as much as I'd like. :/ I've got some non-Pixar stuff here too, but I

figure that can't hurt anyone, right? I'll put the links to 'em all at the bottom. You don't have to click

'em if you don't want to.

Well thank you! :D

And

you'll definately be seeing some more Pixar sketching, because I haven't done

nearly enough of it; so if you have any suggestions or requests, I'd be glad to

sketch some! :)

Sometime soon I need to attempt Woody & Buzz. I used to draw Woody as a kid- I still

have one of my Woody drawings- somewhere...

PV- I had a feeling you'd say that. (About the non-Pixar pix, I mean.) I thought I'd cheat, just this once

though. Sorry. In the future I'll keep my art posts completely Pixar- promise.

Anyway- I'm glad

you like my Wilbur sketches! : D I'm falling for him fast. <3

Am I the only one loving Meet the

Robinsons more and more, the more I think about it? 8)

Hog-Hug - Wow -- great sketches! Your Marlin and

Wilbur art is wonderful. I admire your ability to draw fish and people -- heheh.

Yeah -- fantastic job!

Please do more when you have the time! :D

PV and

Wilbur...sitting in a tree.... :P

Trust me, I can relate to the "Wilbur obsession" that's

growing like a wildfire around here. I think he's downright cool! If I had a twin

brother, that's what he'd probably be like.... (snigger) ;)

Hog-Hug's thread, so I'll just stay out of the mix. (snigger) ;)

Hog-Hug- Some really impressive sketches, there!

With every sketch, you've got the proportions and the feel of the character just right. Good work!

Very nice!

You do have some drawing skill there! I especially like your one of Lightning, I think mainly cuz it's in color.

I myself am still experimenting with using color. (but as of now i'm still in black & white). What media did

you use to color him? You certainly got the shading and values right. :)

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted much this week,

but school has been pretty hectic.

I only have one new

sketch-
Image (Agh, that

line over his eyes is a cat hair. I only just noticed that. Sorry!)

But I?m open for some suggestions

and/or requests! :O

And, to answer a few of your guys? questions:
The Star

Swordsman
- I?d definitely do some Incredibles stuff. :) What would you

like?

Mitch- I?m up for Remy, if you tell me how you?d like me to draw him!

;)

And lennonluvr9- I colored Lightning with prismacolor colored pencils.

:O

Thanks for all the compliments and support, guys! <3
