Le Omni-list de Pixar

Hello everyone,

It goes without saying that every day is a day in which my mother, sister, and I drown in that ever-present atmosphere of “languidity”, better known as boredom. Quite naturally, we became so listless one day that we decided to create a list of the pros and cons of Pixar films… in our humble opinions. We’re still working on it to this day, but we have since composed a healthy handful of pages to scan.

Since some of you may experience boredom from time to time, I thought that I might put the list down on the forum board here for you guys to fill out. I’ll post up my entries first and then you guys may follow suit if you so wish to do so.

Wow, what a list. And what a way to battle boredom. I have to say that this looks amazingly thought out and must’ve taken a while to make! I really haven’t anything to add at the moment, but I’ll be sure to drop by a line or two in the future.

Being a soundtrack-enthusiast, could I suggest a question like “Favourite track used in the film?” with the catch being that the track must have been used in the film, not just on the soundtrack, to follow the theme of your list.

Wow nice lists you guys must’ve taken a while. So all i can say is Bravo !

lizardgirl - Ha! Ratatouille is all the way at the bottom of your list and Remy is your least favorite character? Blasphemy!

Gosh, that part is hilarious. My sister actually twisted my arms like that when I was very young – it hurt like heck.

Mitch- Yeah, I don’t know why I dislike Remy so much, but I really, really do. I have to admit, it’s probably mainly because of his voice- I do empathise with his aspirations as a character, though.

Out of all the quotes I wrote down, that was the only one I could remember accurately without having to refer to the IMDb. My memory’s appalling unless I’ve watched something a million times over.

I guess one other list type thing we could do is favourite and least favourite musical moments in each Pixar film- like those bits in the soundtrack that stand out the most for you, and really highlight the scene. For example, that bit in Finding Nemo where Marlin first loses Nemo and he swims up to the surface, there’s this really dramatic piano music that really personifies the scene.
