Funny, I almost always list my favs in groups of 3, no matter what kind of favs we’re talking about. In terms of Pixar movies, it would be a tie between WALL-E and Monsters Inc
Aw, I like posting lists, but ah well… Toy Story. 
Wow, that is a very interesting and difficult question! Phew, this is one that could get a different answer from me on different days, but sitting here right now, I think I’m going to say… Toy Story (the original).
Probably “Cars”
It’s got to be Monsters, Inc. for me, narrowly beaten by Toy Story and WALL-E.
Cars and Ratatouille tied.

My 3rd favorite Pixar Movie is Cars, but after today, it might change. We’ll see.
Wall-e 
I’m guessing Wall-E. It just feels like a 3rd to me.
Toy Story 2
Though I haven’t seen my second (WALL-E) in nearly a year. Maybe I should go rewatch it now.

Hm. I’d have to say Up is my third favorite.
Mine is UP. I love that movie, but it doesn’t come up to my top 2. 
Updated after seeing TS3, it’s now Up.
Lol, this question is random. My 3rd favorite is UP, losing to Toy Story and Finding Nemo.
I would have to say that Cars is my third favorite. Although it’s so close with Wall-E and Finding Nemo that it’s a virtual tie, so any one of those three could technically be considered my third favorite.
Up became my 3rd favorite movie after I saw Toy Story3. It’s really hard to pick between the two though.
It was originally my number 2, but now it’s my number 3 (thanks to TS3): Up.
