OK folks! We have a challenge!
As I’m sure you’ve heard by now Buena Vista
will be showing Ratatouille in 800 theaters THIS Saturday June 16th. That’s right
folks! The WHOLE MOVIE!!!
But we don’t have a lot of info yet - particularly the important stats of
cities, theaters, and times.
Let’s scour the net and see what you can come up with. If you find ou
ANYTHING new about this screening then post it here.
There is no reason that after this weekend we should
not have all seen Ratatouille!!! =D

will be 800 sneak preview screenings of Pixar/Disney’s Ratatouille on Saturday, June 16th. That’s right, this
weekend! Popular online ticket websites already have the sneaks listed in their database, although no tickets
have gone on sale yet (nor have the theater listings been revealed). I’m sure you’ll be able to buy tickets later
this week. Ratatouille will hit theaters nationwide on June 29th 2007."

I’m just hoping they do it here. I’m prety sure they will, I mean they did a special preview
of Pirates why not the movie i’ve been waiting for a yar to see>??
My friend guided me to
the AOL moviefone website movies.aol.com/movie/ratatouille/25522/main. They have some of the showings, but
I’m not positive if they have all showings. The closest showing to my house is the one in Oakland, CA, which is
close to Pixar! Hopefully, I can make it. If I do, I’ll be sure to report how it goes.
EDIT: According to
Movietickets.com, there’s a showing in at the AMC in EMERYVILLE!!! I’m there 100%, no matter how much it
takes.
i think i’ll wait till the
end of June to see it. it seems like there is none showing anywhere near a place i live.
I think I’ll wait too, even though there’s one in my area (the turnoff is that
I’ve never been to that particular theatre). I find it more fun to go on opening weekend, because I can be just
as excited as everybody else.
Nice, just saw the commercial promoting the sneak. And while out at the movies today, I asked and found out my
AMC will be showing it. Score.
Ok folks! Looks like most theaters
have now been announced. From what I see, it seems the film will be showing in every major city nation wide
(including two theaters in my own city!) and it should be fairly accessible to everybody on the continental 48
outside of the northern planes.
I suggest you check BOTH movietickets.com AN
fandango.com as each site seems to have different theaters from the other. If that doesn’t work then
call your local theaters.
If you’re still having trouble finding a theater near you then feel free to PM
me with your zip code and I’ll do some digging at check my “sources” for you.

I am happy for you all, but at the same time I am sad for all of those who are less fortunate than those
who get to see Ratatouille at the end of the month or on Saturday.
Every major city? You lucky Americans… Try to go if you can! I know I
would.
Makes me wonder why they even bother to make the release date June 29 when they are showing it this
early in 800 theatres, nationwide. Methinks it is a plan to boost Ratatouille’s opening numbers by word of mouth
of people who have seen the film. Will probably be a smart move…

rachelcakes1985- Yeah, I was wondering that too…But I think
your theory does make sense- it really will boost the opning numbers. And, as far as I can remember, it’s very
rare that companies do this sort of thing, so it’s pretty pioneering!
You guys are so lucky you get to
see it soon. All this excitement that’s building up is really making me eager to see Ratatouille, but we’ll all
be able to see it at some point.
