A little question...

Hey everyone !
I was looking at the commentarys of each film and i didn’t find them on Cars or even Ratatouille…?

Did they ever comment those films? And Why not ?
It’s just a question so whenever i get the answer feel free to lock up !

I think they did, but that evil dinsey company put it into the Blu-Ray.

Oh I See… That’s not nice, exceptionally for us pixar geeks that can’t even listen to the commentary because we don’t have blu-ray… :imp:

But no commentaries for the DVD opens up a chance for us Pixar geeks to do a commentary.

That was baaad, TSS.

I’m just saying it gives us to input a little fun.

I don’t like Blu-Ray, taking away things like commentary.
Okay, so, it’s “the action feels closer” quality. So what? I can enjoy a movie just fine without Blu-Ray. So what does Blu-Ray do to get more people into it? They, like, “kidnap” commentary and hold it for ransom. I’ve seen evil plots like this all the time. You won’t give in, so they take what matters to you away.

Well, it’s kind of unfair. As we see, some special features are Blu-ray-only features, and a lot of us do not have a Blu-ray player.

When they are releasing some extra features, they should’ve just put them on both formats. I mean, if they require a lot of space, then they can just put them on another DVD, not cut them out.

Yeah, it’s very irritating, especially as it’s clearly a scheme to push Blu-Ray when at this moment, not everyone can afford it, plus not everyone might want it! They could have at least waited for another, I dunno, five or ten years, when more people have Blu-Ray and the players are cheaper, to do this sort of thing (if they insist on doing it at all).

Bahahaha… hahaha…

Yeah well, that’s just how greedy some people can get (making people want to buy blu-ray players, then they do, and years later they make something better and make blu-ray look like crap).

Thank you! seriously. By the time I get a Blu-Ray and have replaced my DVDs with them (after replacing my VHS with DVD, although I know some of my VHS and DVDs will never be rereleased in any other form), I’m sure by then some other medium will be out and I’ll have to repeat the process again. and again. and again.
