It’s kind of milking it, but the first one was good, so perhaps.
Well since The Simpsons Movie is based on the TV show, a sequel would be nothing crazy considering theres hundreds of episodes. I’d watch The Simpsons Movie 2 if it got good enough praise. I’m a big fan of the show anyways, so I might watch it no matter what happens.
I would watch it. I liked the first one and I would like to see more.
I’m a fan. I was excited about the very first teaser (with Homer wearing the Superman shirt), and I ROFLd when I first saw the “between a rock and a hard place” gag in a preview, which around here I had the pleasure to “translate” to a lot of people.
But all in all, it was (just?) a very good looking long Simpsons episode. So if there will be a next movie (and I’ve read somewhere that all the major actors have up to three films in their contracts), I’ll gladly watch it.
That’s what it was meant to be. So it rocks.
i have to say no because i am sick and tired of sequels. i like brand new ideas
Provided that it’d be funny (and hey, it’s the Simpsons. Chances are it’d be worthwhile) I could go for a sequel. Loved the first movie.
I did enjoy the first movie but not as much as any of the normal TV episodes, so I personally don’t think a sequel would be worth it, though I know a lot of people would like it. I just don’t think it’s my kind of thing, really.
I think a direct-to-TV “extra-long” episode the same length as the original movie would be fanatically and economically feasable.
I would like to see another one, i really enjoyed the first.
It wont happen. It took the show THIS long to make the first one after being popular for over a decade. I dont see a sequel happening ever…
The Simpsons should of ended long ago. The movie didnt even make me crack a smile. I’m just happy Seth is going to make an official Family Guy movie.
The movie should of been better considering how long it was in development, however there was some very funny lines and the tomm hanks bit made me cry with laughter.
I’m not shocked there is a family guy movie in development, I don’t have high hopes for it though.
Edit: I am extremley excited about something something something darkside though, I thought blue harvest was the best thing family guy has done since it was brought back
I can tell you are a sick Family Guy hater because all you do is try to bash it and blue harvest was okay.
a sick family guy hater? What are you talking about!
I don’t try and bash it at all, I have simply stated my opinnions. If I was bashing it I would of said it has never been good, but I havn’t said that have I!
I have said that I think it has gone down hill since it was brought back from cancellation, something that many people agree with. I have also said I do not have high hopes for the film, this is based on my oppinion of the later series.
I have a massive respect for Seth, hense my love for American Dad, I just don’t feel Family Guy is his best work anymore.
So please, stop posting nonsense
Well try to convince most people that American Dad is better than Family Guy because it won’t happen. I don’t dislike American Dad but I heard alot of people say it sucks. I really should stop arguing with you because I find your sense of humor terrible and this is going to get no where.
I’m not disagree-ing, I am aware Family Guy is the more popular show, I just think American Dad is funnier.
Judging it from people I know, younger teenagers (13-16) prefer family guy, where as late teens to early twenties prefer American Dad.
I still enjoy family guy, I’ve been a fan since the first series came out, I was gutted when it was Cancelled, I was excited when it got brought back. Its just when it was brought back it didnt really click with me like it did before. I think its past its prime, series 8 has been slightly better then the, in my oppinion, very unfunny series 7, but to me at least, it still doesn’t compare to American Dad, which never fails to have me in stitches
