Last night i was watching Powerpuff girls as much as i hate to admit it with my Little cousin who was visiting for a few hours and i noticed a Charator on there Named Lenny McHiggins He collected Tons of stuff mainly powerpuff girl stuff kinda like al did With woody’s roundup he even had a similer last name but i Hated that i watched the cartoon but the good thing about it was that it’s toy story Inside joke BTW It was released about the same time as toy story 2 just thought i share this with you.
Hmm… I wonder if this was just a funny coincidence or actually an homage to Toy Story 2. Did the Al like character kidnap either Blossom, Bubbles, or Buttercup?
All 3 of them and Everybody came to his house and Broken everything until he let them go.

Haha, yes, now you’ve described it I do remember that episode! How strange. And at the time I didn’t notice the similarities between it and Toy Story 2, but it’s obvious now, and definitely intentional.

I caught two things on the powerpuff girls that also reminded me of Pixar. There’s one episode with a kid named Mitch who gets to take home the class pet, and he tortures it. He reminded me a lot of Sid, the colors and stuff in his room, a black shirt, and even put the hamster on a rocket. And then there was a police officer named Mike pawoski, or something last name that sounded very similar to Wakowski from MI…maybe coincidences, but I think maybe they were Pixar fans…
I never thought of mitch being like sid but looking back He is defintly a homage to sid thanks for pointing that out
