I’m an aspiring using of After Effects, and naturally like any other AE user, I use Andrew Kramer’s site, VideoCopilot.net as reference for all things After Effects. I was looking through the blog a month ago, and he posted a link to this AMAZING animated short film called “Meet Meline.”
You have to see this, the quality of animation seriously rivals that of Pixar itself! Now I’m no animator, and I know absolutely nothing about animating, but I’m pretty sure that it is extremely hard to create animation of this quality, especially considering that it was made by a couple in their spare time with no budget and on a single computer in a small apartment in France!
