Animation error I just noticed in TS3

Me too, I just know that’s all I’ll think about whenever I watch that scene. I hope it gets corrected eventually, but I guess it’s kind of doubtful.

Wow…

I just noticed another error. It’s not nearly as bad, but still noticeable.

In this shot (when Andy says “They mean a lot to me”), at the beginning of the shot the button on Jessie’s wrist intersects with Bullseye’s body. Then, when Bonnie shifts herself halfway through the shot, you can see the button coming out of Bullseye.

Wow, you guys have really sharp eyes! :open_mouth:

Like I said, problem could be solved with mesh constraints. But hey, no one’s infallible. I wonder if Pixar will do a blooper reel like the Incrediblunders?

I noticed another error: In the library, when Buzz is walking with Lotso about to leave, you see one of his screws has red paint on it on his back, and around the screw hole. But when both screws fall to the ground, both are silver and shiny…

Hey guys, I noticed another error in TS3. In the scene where Andy’s toys try to convince Woody to stay at Sunnyside, Mrs. Potato Head says, “You can make a new kid happy!”. However, Even though the dialogue is heard, her mouth doesn’t move in the shot. She just smiles.

I cannot describe how much I would love that.

You know its things like the incrediblunders that makes me feel the toy story blu rays are lacking compared to older pixar releases. not everything they rendered made it into the film, as evidenced by that creepy version of Andy on Lee’s twitter. twitpic.com/2xmorf/full

Wish we could have seen some of this in motion.

For a movie 11 years in the making, there’s gotta be some deleted/alternate scenes.

I don’t think its really fair to say its been 11 years in the making. production was at most 4 years, and the animation itself was even less. alt scenes are most likely in story board form only. But I agree there has to be something they haven’t shown us. I suspect we’ll see more stuff pop up in a future release. possibly the 3D version.

There’s a song for times like these: youtube.com/watch?v=SGwChXz9KoU

Enjoy!

Don’t trick me into clicking on a Hanna Montana video again.

What? I would never do such a thing. But, if I were you, I wouldn’t click on the link. It’s a Hannah Montana video. Sorry, couldn’t help myself.

No Hannah Montana please! :stuck_out_tongue:

After reading the past few posts I think I’m going to choose not to click on the link. :stuck_out_tongue:

Why would you torment us with such Disney Channel junk? :frowning: It’s okay, though, it could have been those three stupid brothers… :unamused:

I found another error. When Bonnie’s mom is taking the toys to the Butterfly Room, the sleeve of her shirt is going through her arm.

lol, it looks like one of the little ones tried to attack her with sissors or something!

Wow, is this a record for clipping problems, or are we just more obsessive than usual about this Pixar release? Previously I could only name a few off hand, one in toy story, and another in monsters inc. But these are really adding up.

There wasn’t many clothes issues in the original Toy Story, was there? Pixar pretty much got the hang of realistic clothes after Geri’s Game in 1997.
