I was curious if anyone would be able to do this, or know if it’s even possible.
But I would like to know if its possible to get the faces of the troikas, from the the rare videos and views we get of them, and recenter them to what they would look like if you were looking at them front and center.
Any suggestions?

That would be impossible, to my knowledge. You’d need the original texture map of the models, or at the very least, screenshots from the movies of them dead-on front and center.
Not impossible. The main thing I think I’d have difficulty with is the goldfish looking one. all those scales, it could be a bit of a nightmare.
Well, it can be recreated in Illustrator with vector art come to think of it…
