I just thought I would ask if any of you have ever gotten hurt when playing with toys.
I got hurt just tonight, actually. I was under my bed, in my tent, playing with my Toy Story toys, Buzz was fighting Zurg, and then (I think) my finger got caught on the back of Buzz’s leg, and the leg fell back, and I pulled my finger out, and then it was bleeding, not really bad, but it looks like a vampire bit me or something. lol
Oh yeah, joints can be killers on Transformers, I’ve gotten tiny cuts squeezing Bionicles together many times, stepping on a lego is HORRIBLE, Decepticons have shot me in the eye many times, Buzz has some pretty hard joints too, shall I go on? lol
And stop motion can be kinda painful sometimes too 
Stepping on Legos is a big one, although I normally exercise caution… except when I made a really poor decision when playing a game of Don’t Wake Daddy! which invovled my face getting smacked.
Cant think of anything really…I did step on Legos before, but it never hurt that much. the only thing that comes close is when I had a power rangers martial arts instruction video, I miss judged how much space I had to work with and roundhouse kicked a door on the tv stand off its hinge. got a bad scrap on my heel.
Not sure a VHS tape really counts as a toy though.
Lotso cut my finger last week!
I was at Comic Con last week, bought one of the exclusive Lotsos from Mattel and put him into a bag with a bunch of other stuff. When reaching down for the bag, my finger hit the Lotso package in such a way that it cut the underside of my fingernail.
I believe we’re still in spoiler mode so I won’t comment any further.
Usually joints pinch me. It hurts

Oh, and brand4D2, I’d love to here the rest of that story if you could PM it to me. I’ve seen the movie already, so don’t worry about spoiling anything for me.
I don’t really remember getting hurt by my toys, but sometimes I would accidentally hurt my siblings with them (like one time I was playing some sort of bomber thing with my brother, and I kept ramming my plane into his plane, which also meant his hand… that doesn’t happen much anymore). More of the I hurt the toy… like I’ve smashed so many cars by stepping on them with my bare feet and not even realizing they were there. 
I remember when I was a really little kid I was looking through a thing of toys and I got my finger pinched by a barbie and then I cried about it and stuff
Another thing was my “sandbox.” It was a big green turtle filled with sand, however, you had to put the lid on, or else it would fill with rain water. Being just as irresponsible back then, I neglected to do that. So I was standing near it, drinking a Snapple, and when reading the Snapple Fact on the cap, I accidently dropped it into the murky water. So I tried to fish it out, but cut myself on some broken glass hidden in the water. No idea how THAT got there!
Toys can hurt when your sibling hits you with them! I actually remember being wacked in the head by my brother’s Buzz Lightyear action figure, OUCH! That hunk of plastic hurts.
