Ooh, I hope so; I’m enjoying this comic too much for it to end yet! That last panel of your latest page, well, all I have to say is that even I was shocked, and I’ve been trying to predict what’s going to happen but I always get it wrong!
Nice work, Archibald.
I think I’m sorta figuring out how this “Adam” dude operates(though of course Archibald probably has a few curve balls yet to be thrown)-he/it/whatever captures people(yes, monsters ARE people)and uses their DNA to construct a truly evil “clone” of them, which he/it/whatever then “possesses”. Kinda reminds me of the Foster’s Home movie, Destination Imagination, in which a rather creepy and powerful disembodied Imaginary Friend would possess and animate any object, as long as it didn’t have a face to begin with. We saw that George was tied up, and then all the other characters with those slashes on their faces(sort of a “Mark of the Beast” if you will) to indicate that they were copies of the orginal.
I can’t WAIT to see how this is gonna turn out!

Oooh, interesting. I love it. I am realy anxious for what is going to happen nxt.
Ahh the suspense continues ^^ Hope that Ran’s, the real one, is alright ^^
Wonder why nobody wondered why Ran has blood marks on his side ![]()
Hmm…I was a bit flimsy as to who Adam was since the first crossover is in the back of my head. But if I recall the last one ended (I THINK) with a picture of Adam and the…head of the relocation for supers, which leads me to think Adam is a super…
I’m guessing he doesn’t clone…but may be kinda like uhh…what’s the name…Rogue from the X-men (movie-wise) with the ability to borrow (or take) powers from others. But in this type he may have taken the power from Jack Jack to shapeshift (the extent is unknown), and copies the physical appearence through touch. This is why the gash is always there, as he can’t change what Jack Jack did to him.
Anyway that’s my theory. Of course an interesting side note is that he may not have inherited Randall’s ability to blend since Adam’s ability is probably only limited to physical appearence rather than abilities.
They probably assumed the scars were done by the bad guy ![]()
A break from my comic : I drew Charles Muntz from Up. Three steps, like in the old days ![]()
As for Crossover 2 now : I was able to do three pages in less than a week, but it won’t always be like that. In short, don’t expect another new page before… at least a week and a half.
That’s it ![]()
Archibald - Mr. Muntz looks great! You nailed his expression, and I love the way you rendered his clothes and countenance. ![]()
– Mitch
I really like your sketch of Muntz, Archibald! Great shading and you’ve manage to make the lineart look deceptively simple whilst still including plenty of details to bring him to life.
Mitch and lizardgirl : Thank you ![]()
Here’s the 11th page of Crossover 2.
Also, if any of you want me to draw Pixar characters the same way I did Charles Muntz, I’m opened to requests ![]()
This is just getting better and better! Seeing now that the bad guy/gal/whatever is actually wearing a SUIT which allows him/her/it to change or morph into anyone, I have to wonder just who made that suit! I thought only Edna had the capability to make something like that, if even SHE can!
I love the last two panels, which show the details of the fake “Randall’s” eyes, which look good even in gray scale, and the last scene showing the difference in focus, with Mike and Sulley looking “out of focus” in more distant, for perspective. Really nice artistic effect there! I can 't wait to find out the identity of this threatening individual, AND to find out what’s really happened to all those that he/she/it is impersonating, especially the real Randall.

Nwce ^^ Like the color there on the slow reveal at the end, and like said, the reflective and focus views are creatively done ^^
Why another cliff hanger? I really want to know who he is! This gets more interesting every page! Holy cow this is neat.
This. is. awesome! Way to keep the readers at the edge of their seats and anticipating for more…I like how you hid the scar in the first panels and later revealed it. Keep it up, I love a good mystery.
All I can say is- next page! Now!
And I agree with the others, the focus effect that you used is really cool and adds to the pacing of the action.
Well, I will only say this : you’ll know who is the villain of Crossover 2 in the next page. You will have the name and you will see the face. Now, I won’t post this 12th page before one or two weeks. That means you’ve got this much time to figure out who it can be.
There is a clue. Somewhere in the first 11 pages, you can find something that may help you. It could be fun if you’d try figuring out who the villain is before I reveal it.
A little help maybe : you’ll have to read one of the panels upside down… ![]()
Oooh, this will be fun trying to figure it out. But at the same time, I really don’t want to spoil it. What shall I do? Decisions, decisions.
I think I’ve figured out who this " new Adam" is…someone who has access/knowledge of a lot of Supers’ powers, and who would have knowledge of Buddy Pine/Syndrome, too, who died BEFORE any of this took place. Not sure what the scars have to do with it, but this individual would be able to manipulate the minds of others to think that they were seeing/hearing whoever he wanted them to think it was. And yeah, I know his name, too…I think, that is, IF it’s who I think it is. If it is, it’s someone who wields a power far scarier than Frozone’s, or Randall’s, or Bob’s, or any other Super(yeah, I would classify Randall as a Super, due to his abilities; he’s just not a human Super). I think I’ve even figured out his motivation.
pitbulllady
And here it is, the big reveal :
So, surprised ? Disappointed ? Tell me what you think.
Also, pitbulllady, is it who you were thinking of ? If not, were you close ? Who was it ?
Nope, I wasn’t even close! THAT was a turn of events that totally caught me by surprise! I thought it was Rick Dicker, actually, given that the real Adam was a close friend of his, and was killed by the others. That would have given him motive, and he, too, would have access to technology that would allow him to manipulate the thoughts of others.
Now, I’ll be waiting to see what happened to the REAL Randall, as well as George, and the others whom the younger Waternoose had kidnapped and impersonated.
While I can understand his wanting to get to Mike, Roz and Sulley, and Randall as well, I guess, I can’t quite figure out why he’d want the Parrs, who had nothing to do with his father’s arrest and downfall…or did they? With the number of plot twists so far, I’m not sure anything could surprise me anymore!
pitbulllady
Now that has to be the biggest surprise by far! I didn’t think of that being a possibility at all! And that hint from before is very clever. Great work, Archibald!
I had an inkling [spoil]Waternoose was amoung the candidates…but a SON[/spoil]? 0_0 Now that’s interesting…considering some…things…but I suppose that in traditional circumstances [spoil]Henry would want to keep “his” business within the family so I guess that works[/spoil]…
Now I’m intrigued even more so…glad it’s the son and not the father, considering the later had intentions of getting rid of Randall as well as no qualms with getting rid of Sullivan and Wazowski.
Now that device…folds arms Henry wasn’t much in the technical field…hence why he employed Randall for the task…or more like fenced him in…anyway.,…wonder if the IV is similiar in that aspect…in that case…wonder where he got THAT little item…
