I got inspired to do this after seeing the “What Makes YOU Pixar’s Biggest Fan?” thread. I thought Well, I wonder who all thinks they are Cars’ biggest fan? And this appeared.

If you’ve seen any posts done by me on the forums, you may already know I live and breathe this movie. You don’t have to think you are the biggest fan to post here, but if you want to show how much of a fan you are, go on ahead!!

Now, not to boast or brag or anything like that, but I’m gonna post down what I think makes me Cars’ biggest fan (and I’m open to competition).

1.) I’ve probably set a world record for the most time Cars has been watched. (Too bad I never bothered to count! :blush: ) I mean, I have to watch it every week (used to be every day, but lately my schedule’s been so booked up with school work)!

2.) The only video games you ever really see me play are Cars: The Video Game and Cars: Maternational.

3.) I’ve drawn my fave characters (I may draw the others later) and I’m now drawing them as humans (which is sooooo fun!)

4.) I’ve written Cars fanfiction since the movie came out, and haven’t written any other type of fanfics since.

5.) My room is decked out in Cars items such as my poster, my sheets, my comforter, my calandar, and my pillow (it’s like the softest and plushiest pillow in the world too!) When the basement gets redone and I get it to be my room, I’ll have more Cars stuff and the walls will be blue and red (Doc and Lightning) but I can’t do that full out since I share a room at the moment. :frowning:

6.) My notebook that I write my fanfics in is a Cars notebook with Lightning and Doc on the cover (who else!?)

7.) I talk about the movie so much, my best friend has to literally tell me to shut up.

8.) I constantly daydream about living in Radiator Springs

9.) I make fan-made Cars videos on YouTube (which I haven’t had the time to make a fourth one yet :frowning:)

10.) I have a Cars iron-on and I’m going to put it on a red shirt soon. (I can’t seem to find a Cars shirt in my size!!!)

11.) My favorite colors are red and blue (Lightning and Doc)

12.) I saw a Hudson Hornet one day and I practically lost my mind all because it’s the same car (different color and year though) as Doc!

13.) I quote lines from Cars regularly (and sometimes I don’t realize it until I’ve said it!)

14.) When listening to my iPod, I think “This song fits Doc,” and “This song could be perfect to describe Lightning and Sally’s relationship.” Almost every song on there has been used to describe a Cars character or as inspiration for my Cars fanfics (and as of right now there are 768 songs total on my iPod)

15.) I’m always imagining what would happen if Lightning, Doc, Sally, Mater, and the rest of the gang decided to tag along while I’m on vacation or I’m going somewhere.

Well, it’s getting late for me, so I’m having trouble recalling everything. Oh, and before I forget!

16.) Everytime I see the numbers 95, 51, 86, or 43, I think about the racer the number belongs to.

If I think of more, I will list them. Now, if anyone wants to compete with me for Cars’ biggest fan, go on ahead! If not, then list what makes you a fan.

I have 1123 Cars coins in the world of Cars! :smiley:

Everytime I see a car on the road, I imagine how it would look like in the Cars world and what its personality would be like. Seriously, every single freakin’ time, I’m cursed with this imaginary wonderment every time I see a vehicle! :smiley:

I’m NOT that much of a fan, but I do have a mini Luigi. And me buying a toy related to a cartoon at this age (19) should be a major compliment.

Dont knock it, I’m 23 and I spent part of Spring Break this year cataloging my die-cast Cars. I think at last count I had 54 of them. :wink: Not totally all me though, as I still keep getting lots of them Christmas and stuff.

I’ve collected about 40-some diecast cars and have 8 variants of Lightning McQueen, 6 Ramone’s, and 3 Doc’s! I know, obsessed.

Once upon a time I was Cars’ biggest EVER fan…

  1. I used to go on so much about this movie that my friends told me to shut up and my parents didn’t dare buy me the DVD.
  2. My bedroom walls at my Nanna’s house were practically wallpapered in Cars posters, Happy Meal cut-outs and magazine articles.
  3. I still own a junior novelization of the movie
  4. I used to have the whole collection of Cars Happy Meal toys
  5. I saw it 21 times between 06-08 (on pirate :blush: sorry, Pixar!)
  6. I used to draw and write stories about Cars, and even attempted a Cars 2 (which failed)
  7. I wanted to own a baby-blue Porsche as my future car
  8. Whenever I heard something on TV, Radio etc. I would lose my mind, my heart would skip a beat and I would go extremely hyper.
  9. I once doodled “I love Cars forever” really big on my notepad.

There you have it. Sometimes I wish I could re-live those days. I believed I was the only fan out there because everyone semed to hate it. But these days I’m glad I’ve been proved wrong.

Well, I’m not going to challenge Ami, Jessie, or LaD, but I have all the die-cast characters…again, I can’t compete with you guys, but I do love the movie.

I used to be the biggest fan, but not any more.

Though, it was nice to have a Cars birthday cake this year :slight_smile:

And as a joke, my parents gave me a gift and said “this is the most we can afford when it comes to getting you a car.”

It was another Doc die-cast. Its eyes change :smiley:

I have that one! Most likely. Unless they came out with other eye changing Docs than the two I have (one in his regular paint scheme, one as the Fabulous Hudson Hornet).

Every day that we’re at home, my two and a half year old son watches Cars 3 or 4 times whilst playing with his Cars toys. It’s cute but I’ve never seen such obsession in a child so young. As soon as it’s finished he wants to watch it again, won’t watch anything else!

I’ve always been a fan of Cars but this last few months I’ve found real love for the film. It’s a shame not everybody likes it.

I can’t wait for his first trip to the cinema next summer!
