I just got all four of mine yanked out yesterday. Now I’ve got
bad case of chipmunk cheeks and am living on a diet of soup and pudding. 
Haha. It’s funny, nanashi. We had a huge thread about this
a loooong time ago. It was even Radio Pixar’s first “thread of the week”.
I had all 4 of my
wisdom teeth pulled a few months ago. You might be miserable for a while, but you’ll be fine.

I haven’t had any wisdom teeth yet. Is it actually
painful when they’re growing?
Usually no. They only hurt when they’re pushing against your
other teeth in ways they shouldn’t. It’s better to have them removed before they start hurting and causing real
damage.
My dentist removed my 12-year molars in order to
make room for my wisdom teeth because frankly, they’re much less of a pain to remove. So I get to keep my
wisdom teeth.
