From Urban Dictionary, it looks like a slang term for kicking a guy in the crotch. Yes, I know. A thing that happens in far too many Dreamworks Animation films if you ask me.

I always thought ‘to bust someone’s balls’ was more of a verbal activity- it’s sort of like, if someone says, ‘could you stop busting my balls?!’ it’s sort of like saying ‘could you stop having a go at me/nagging me?’
But if they mean the physical thing, then they’re very, very strange.
I think lizardgirl’s definition is correct. I’ve never heard getting hit in the croch called “ballbusting”. I’ve also heard it called “busting balls”.
Girls who think that’s funny needs to learn mannerism and respect for others.
I got that defenition from the website Urban Dictionary, which is a website that is user-generated. I personally have no idea; but I’d take my chances with lizardgirl over any defenition by a anonymous UD user any day.
All the males of Pixar Planet cross their legs in unison Apart from circumcision, one of the reasons I’m glad I wasn’t born a male. It doesn’t seem like a nice thing to do to kick a guy in that area for no reason, but if it’s in self-defence, then I’m sorry, but it’s all fair game. 
I’m fairly certain they’re referring to ‘ballbusting’ of the verbal kind, rather than the physical variety.
Then again I’ve just run a quick Google search and it turns out there are sites dedicated to videos of women kicking men in the crotch. Sometimes I despair at our society.
Apparently I heard that it hurts just as much if women were punched in the… breasts.

Well, I don’t think that anyone should hit a boy or man below the belt. It not only hurts, but if hit with the right ammount of speed and force, it could cause a man’s heartrate to skyrocket and could potentially kill him.
With that said, this should only be done in self-defense.
