I know I’m really late on this, but I just saw this movie for the first time over the summer, and it was amazing!!! I’m finally discovering the genius of Nolan. A decade late, yes, but better late than never!
I haven’t seen Batman Begins, I’m going to watch that next!
A lot of people did that Ding. The Dark Knight was so huge, everyone kinda forgot about Batman Begins. Just yesterday, a friend told me he can’t wait until “The Dark Knight 2” is released 
If you liked this movie, I would definitely recommend some of Nolan’s other films, especially Inception (which you already saw, I believe), The Prestige and Memento.
This film was brilliant, awesome and superb, I give it with an A ++++++

We were talking about this movie in my history class today. Out of my 5 friends in a group, only one of them said that there was another Joker better than Heath Ledger.
he is crazy, just kidding, actually the 1989 Joker (Jack Nicholson) also did a great job in that film
The Joker has been interpreted by very good actors in the last 2 films, but what Heath did, is pure GOLD
Actually, my best friend’s favorite joker was the one from the Animaed series. Surprisingly enough, Jack nicholson is his second favorite, followed by heath ledger.
one more interesting quote, did you know that the Joker from the Animated series is voiced by Mark Hamill, who is famously known for have been Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars Saga (4, 5, 6).
I didn’t know that. The name rings a bell. And on a little off-topic note, my mom went to school with Mark Hamill.
Anyways, I realized TDK was on TV last weekend. I was forutnate to get the chance to see the middle part.
