I am a little confused, though. Is this just a special one shot return to theaters or the special Disney Digital 3-D rendering? We have a thread here for Beauty and the Beast in Digital 3-D, but I’m not sure if they are the same rerelease.
Either way I am ecstatic to see this beautiful movie up on the big screen again.
It does’nt say so I dont think it is.
It does imply that singing along is okay, however!

this is a sing-along version, which has nothing to do with the 3-D release. That one has been postponed indefinitely, although I’m guessing Disney is doing this “sing-along version” to see if people would even be willing to go see this movie on the big screen again, if it does well, they’ll probably re-announce the 3-D re-release. I’m definately going to see this. Especially if it helps convince Disney to put Beauty back out in 3-D. I hear it looks AMAZING!
Oh I see! A sing-a-long could be very fun, especially for such numbers like “Gaston.” I will definitely go to see this, especially considering that my high school is doing Beauty and the Beast this spring!
I hope this helps convince Disney to release the film in 3D!
Oh boy, if I mention “sing-along version” to my mom, I’ll be going for sure. My mom loves to sing. But I would love to see it in theaters.
Me and a friend are gonna try to theme dress if at all possible. We will be the loudest singers there to help get the theater going, only cuz we’re so out going.
This will be fun and gives me high hopes for more old movie releases like this.
As much as I love that movie, I’m not going to fork over my money to see it in theaters. Too expensive for a movie that I have.

I’ve seen ads in the Hoyts cinema page for this. All I’m thinking is, the ‘Be Our Guest’ sequence is gonna look hecka spectacular in THREE-DEEE…
i wanted to see it but id have to drive to Huston or San Anotnio and their hours away -3- if it were during summer i could have but school is here again -3-

Omg at first I heard this mentioned on the news, and I thought I heard wrong.
Wow, this is gonna be, well, beast! I sooo wanna go. 
Unfortunately, two things. I have no idea if I’ll have the time to go, and my family would think it’s a waste of money to go see it in theaters if I have it on Special Edition DVD already.
Lucky this is my moms favorite movie YD so if my bfs parents cant take us maybe she could YD she knows how i am about movies and seeing it in theaters is so different from your TV screen (mine especially cause its a dino) Its a neat thing to see a full length animated film Princess and the Frog was my first that i actually remember YD and i saw that like 5 times in the theater YD i looove watching things at the movies its loud and dark there YDDDD
