I thought we could

share our Black Friday stories here. Mine goes like this:

Running on 0 hours of sleep, I drove with my

mom through dense fog to the mall and arrived there right before it opened at 5 AM. I hurried over to the Disney

Store where I bought about $100 worth of Cars, Incredibles, and Stitch merchandise. My total would’ve been

higher, but the cashier forgot to scan a few items. o_0 :mrgreen:

Next, we headed over to Best Buy. I

was positive it was going to be a nightmare, but we only had to wait in line for 5 minutes when we were ready! We

spent $90 on 10 DVDs (including the first 3 Harry Potter movies) and season 1 of

My Name Is Earl.

Mom and I were finished after hitting only those 2 stores.

We got some Burger King breakfast and drove back home. The fog was still

dense.

Now…THAT is what you call a spending spree! :laughing:

But, you knew I was gonna ask it- what is Black Friday? :smiley:

Black Friday is the day after

Thanksgiving when all the stores have humongous sales for either a few hours, a day, or maybe even the whole

weekend. It’s pretty intense.

Well…let’s see:

My

sister and I went to the mall at around 10:00 AM. It was a mad house, I tell you. A

mad house. :stuck_out_tongue:

I bought a sketchbook for my dad, and my sister, who came with

me, bought a roll of Stitch stickers for my mom (she loves Stitch). I also got a

Stitch t-shirt for my mom a few weeks ago, so our parents are all set for Christmas. :wink:

I drew some

pictures in my sketchbook after walking around the mall for a few hours, and I only just got back home at around

1:30 PM today – my sister was complaining about her legs hurting. Pish posh. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well, I didn’t shop for anything, but my sister, mom, and girl cousins did.

My fam all went down to Columbus

to shop (amazingly, i didnt have to work!) and man, it was soooooooo crowded! I got my Xmas shopping done though,

and found a Cars video game for myself! It’s really just those kind that directly plug in to yer TV.
