I saw that page too, but not the ghost images themselves.
I never heard about that, that’s kind of weird. I’m interested to know if it’s real or something made up.
Hmmm…weird. Sounds cool. When I get the DVD I’ll check on that.
What would that even mean? A silouhette? The only time I’ve seen them is in the video montage
I never heard this before. From a cinematic standpoint, it could be really powerful. Is this true though?
Never heard of it, I be sure to look for it when I get the DVD.
I hope it’s true. It would also’ve been a clever move on Pixar’s part. I hope they have Rocky, since he was absent during the flashbacks.
I didn’t notice this either. But I will definitely be on the lookout when I purchase the DVD.
That wouldn’t even make sense. Andy’s connections weren’t as strong towards the donated/thrown away toys as they are to the ones that are remaining. It would be more logical to have the old toys there. But still, that shot is more from Andy’s mom’s POV and she was thinking more about Andy than about his toys, so they wouldn’t have done that. I’ve seen that part a few times on the copy I have, and the ghosts aren’t even there anyway.
PS. Here’s a screencap…pretty much debunks it I’d say.

I’m confused. What is a “Ghost image”?
Bryko, why do you have a copy? isn’t it pirated?
I guess that settles it, but then what compelled someone to write such a thing? It certainly SOUNDED like a cool idea.
I’d imagine as the screen pans across the empty, the older toys are seen in their original positions as ghost pictures. I definately didn’t notice, so it would’ve been faint. And Bryko614, it wouldn’t really be for Andy’s sake, but more for the viewers.’ I mean, it still is revealed that Andy never quite forgot about his toys anyways…
Hmm, seems made up to me. An interesting idea, but as no-one so far seems to have noticed it actually in the film from here, it doesn’t seem to be true, especially along with what Bryko posted.
Hmm, what have you spotted in that image, silicagel? Unless I’m missing something.
ah sorry, bryko already did it…but i didnt notice… im just helping to show the screenshot
