toy story 1-3 box set?

Since Toy story 3 is going to go to dvd and blu ray in a few months…do you think you they will make a box set of all three? i know they did one in 2000 with 1 & 2…but do you think they will do another one?

I’m thinking yes. I heard that there’ll be 5 versions of the Toy Story 3 DVD (yet to be announced) on Twitter, which I’m almost sure includes a box set, since there’s normally just a standard DVD, deluxe DVD, and Bluray.

One of them is supposed to be a 4 disc “gift set”. not sure what’ll be in it.

Gosh, I just bought the other two on Blu-Ray! I wouldn’t mind if they had all three together, but had the same TS3 disc sold separately. I just don’t want to be missing any good bonus features.

I think it would be cool to have a box set but they woulden;t release them insently most likey.

Yeah, a new movie in a series these days basically guarantees a box set. That’s one of the reasons why I held off on the Toy Story and Toy Story 2 re-release.

Yep, since Toy Story is now a trilogy, I have little doubt. There’s no way Disney would miss out on this opportunity. A collector’s set, even. I’m holding out for that, which is difficult, because I want so much to own 1 & 2 on Blu-Ray right now! :cry:

I just hope whatever is included in the box set is found on the 1 and 2 blu rays, and the TS3 DVD and blu ray combo

They most likely will. I hope so. It’ll be more convient for me, since I don’t have the first two Toy Storys. I’d like to buy all three at once.

I’ve been waiting for a convenient box set to finally replace my original VHS’s, but the Blu Ray editions didn’t really bring anything new to the table, and if anything, have less features. That’s why I’m leaning towards the Ultimate Toy Box Edition for all the bonus features. Though, the bonus disc for the box set has me wondering about what they’ll have for Toy Story 3.

Nothing new to the table? compared to the VHS? it brings pretty much everything dude.

Yeah, definately compared to VHS (though the special edition did have some bonus features). I meant in comparrison to the previous DVD sets.

I do believe a box set will be made. That’d be smart of them to do.

However, I already own Toy Story and Toy Story 2 on Blu-ray, so I will be asking only for an individual copy of Toy Story 3 for Christmas.

I strongly dislike owning multiple copies of a film in the same medium :imp:
