Happy Birthday?
A few months ago, I would’ve told you that Brad Bird’s
birthday was September 11th, but according to Dash, he believes it is the 24th of the same month. He informed me
about this a while back that he saw the date on Wikipedia. Now I don’t know what to believe.
You be the
judge:

[url]Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Both sites have been criticized as being faulty about some
things, but for the most part, their info is correct.
Oh well. Just to be on the safe
side…
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BRAD!
or
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY,
BRAD!

LOL, I trust Wikipedia more. They have a lot more
precations in place.
There’s the fact, though, that until not to long ago
Wikipedia listed his birthday as Sept. 11, too. (I don’t believe IMDb listed his birthday at all when that was
the case.) I don’t know what the case is; Wikipedia had it wrong and it was updated and corrected, or it was
updated and made incorrect for reasons unknown, or what.
Personally, I am of the opinion that Brad’s
birthday must be on September 17?th.

Either way… Happy Birthday Brad!
I’d trust Wiki more in this case: They have a tendency on
being pretty accurate when it comes to entertainment. IMDB on the other hand . . . it’s usually just
wrong.
Sorry if there’s any potential bias in the above . . . I was a former TVTomer!
Mind you, I
doubt I’m too inacurrate . . . IMDB tends to be pretty wrong, especially on future information (You don’t want
to know the ridiculous amount of celebs that were listed as guest stars of 24, and they’re the ones who never
showed any interest!!)
It did, which
is the reason why I’m leaning towards that date as being Brad’s true birthday. Unless I’m mistaken, anyone
can edit the data on Wikipedia. Perhaps someone screwed up.

According to IMDb.com, Brad Bird’s birthday
is September 11, 1957. I trust IMDb. Wikipedia can be edited by any John Doe who comes across a page. IMDb is
supported by people in the film industry.

Yeah,
anyone can edit it, but you just try and get away with editing it. There is a huuuuuuuuuge team of mods on the
sits ready to revert back to original.
No kidding. Someone,
somewhere is just waiting on that site to revert to the old content, especially if there isn’t a shread of
proof.
But then again, I’ve only seen this when it comes to the entertainment front. When it actually
comes down to hard care subjects, like Literature, History, Art, etc . . . these people tend to shy away from
this aggressive perjury.
Oh my goodness! I completely forgot about Brad Bird’s birthday! HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY
MR. BIRD.
