It has been reported on various websites including Upcoming Pixar, that
Brad will direct a live-action film after Ratatouille. As for what he could be
directing, reports indicate that it is 1906 for 2008.

Here’s a fun fact. This isn’t the first time Brad
Bird has worked on a live action film. He helped write the screenplay for [i]*batteries not

Pixar[/i]. It’s about time he did a live action film! Although, as you said
PixarVixen, he was involved in one a while back.

it! I want to see his live action talents in directing shine…
Sounds interesting! I’m sure Mr. Bird will be able to transfer his talents from animated films to live action
quite easily, since he is a genius!
Brad Bird is one of my favorite directors and I am really excited to see him make this jump
from animated films to live action. But at the same time, I am kinda sad. The reason why is because if a
live-action film is indeed gonna be his next film, the the possibility of an Incredibles sequel will be even more
delayed.
