BRAVE Changes RELEASE DATE

Well, if you mean that other studios are also shifting their release dates to get the jump on Brave, I don’t really think that was intentional. It’s most likely coincidental, and even if they were colluding against Pixar, is that really a big deal with Pixar being the big-dog animation powerhouse here? I’d feel more pity for the lesser studios like DW and Blue Sky, who have to resort to these ‘release date-tactics’ just to stand a chance against the stronger competitor. Granted, they could improve their films, but again, this is limited by their money-faced executives and smaller talent pool.

If you mean that Pixar will suffer as a result of moving its own release date closer to other studios’ films, again, I reiterate that their mathemati-whatsits must have done their calculations and figured it was the best chess move against DW. Have a little faith, Pixar knows what it’s doing, and with the exception of the one-week delay, we fans will always triumph in the end.
