Wow, I’d never seen that first animation. 
That first animation was on the ultimate toy box, however I believe they muted the sound. I always wanted to know what that test was like with the Billy Crystal audio. I wonder’d why they didn’t let us hear it, maybe it was because they didn’t have the rights or something?
As for the question, I think Woody just touched the back of an unsuspecting girl.

There was also a Tom Hanks test (I’ve never heard the Billy Crystal one before), which included him yelling at a toy car. It was in some making-of video, but the Billy Crystal test animation footage was muted,as Kyle mentioned.

As for Billy Crystal as Buzz, I think if they’d kept it and I would’ve grown up hearing him with that voice, I’d be ok with it, but it doesn’t have that same “funny guy warmth” to it.
Fun fact The Billy crystal Test line was taken from When harry met sally Also Jim carrey was approched to do buzzes voice so was Paul newman and gregory peck for woody
Wow, I never knew Bily Crystal was considered for Buzz. I lik Billy but I think Tim Allen was a better choice
